Razer Huntsman Mini problem

Have a pretty big issue that I've been trying to fix for hours. If I didn't post it in the right forum then don't judge I'm new back to the problem. I have the Razer Huntsman Mini but the escape key doesn't seem to work I've tried Razer Support, Live chat everything I just can't seem to have a response that can fix it, when I try to use escape it just gives me this " ° " the escape key works if I press FN then Escape but I play games where when I press escape I don't exactly have the time to press FN then escape if you know what I mean Any fixes for this?
