Razer Huntsman TE stopped working out of nowhere

I turn on my PC and all of a sudden the keyboard is not lighting up or receiving any input and doesn’t work. I’ve tried different USB-ports and no luck. I’ve also tested the USB-C cable that it uses to connect and it still works; can charge my phone and power other devices. Just wondering if there’s RMA/some kind of procedure or if I’m just left in the dust here having to buy a new keyboard.
