Razer Huntsman v2 Analog + HyperX Pudding Keycaps

mini2109
Hi.
Does anyone use Huntsman v2 analog with HyperX pudding keycaps?
I have a problem with a few buttons - the longer ones like spacebar, enter, backspace.
They have kind of double-click.
After pressing, you feel resistance after some point.
I can press them to the very end but you can feel such a "jump".
Others run smoothly.

A little update.
These keycaps are probably not designed for this keyboard model.
More and more often I have a problem with the space bar pressed, which does not pop up.
The same thing happens with shift.

i do using pudding keycaps from hyper x, they are OK. i just like the PBS Caps for it. they are working fine and i have no issue with it. probably what happened to you, you just use the wrong space bar stabilizers thats why is stuck. pull the stabilizers from the OG key caps and used it on ur pudding

I do not know why this is happening, but in my case, the space is notoriously popping up and stuttering.
I've already tried to move the stabilizers, but it doesn't help.

From the way I look at it, it looks like the stabilizers stuck for unknown reasons. Are you sure it fits correctly?

I don't know what could be wrong.
I took the stabilizers out of the original key and replaced it with Kingstone (ie HyperX).
I have the same problem with, for example, backspace but much less often.

i just tested my self, try to push a bit harder until u hear the click sound on both side stabilizers, if it still doesnt work do u have spare stabilizer by any chance ?

I know what you're talking about - when I put the key on I have to press it, then it pops back. It seems to be fine then, until I push it harder it seems to fall in and lock up. Overall, it feels as if this key (this only applies to space and backspace) has two levels of pressure. When it pushes gently halfway and then you have to push it all the way down because you feel resistance (it's a bit hard to describe).

Unfortunately, I have no other stabilizers.

At this point I'm not sure why, if u have some kind of lube ointment worth try
