Nothing help. Not even support can do anything. It's just ruining all my experience, why have I spent so much time choosing the best KB for work\\gaming, when probably anything could be crap, better user china no brand KBs and regret nothing. Throw away broken ones and buy new.

same problem with Huntsman Elite

It was a mistake. Costly unnecessary mistake. I saw tonnes of complaints about Razer, but there are a lot of them for almost all device vendors. But I should consider all complaints and better buy chinesium cheap sh1t, rather than valuable sh1t.

Also not possible. I've spent a few hours chatting with support specialists. They cannot provide any firmware, they said there is no update available for my model yet. All I can do - I did already. I've brought KB back to shop for service and now I'm sitting on my previous chinese cheap mechanical KB. It looks like the cheap crappy KB beats Razor's fancy one in this battle.

Thanks for the mention. However, the keyboard has an issue now and will not function if it is in a bootloader state. Sorry for the inconvenience, trianglesis. Will send feedback to our team. Feel free to send me a PM including your case number so I can initiate a report.

There's no available firmware at the moment. You can only leave feedback to our devs through the Razer Synapse 3.0 feedback section or submit a case via email/chat, which the user has already done.

Weak. That should be done for every peripheral available. Even if FW is base 1.00 version.
