Hi, since I updated my keyboard it stop working randomly. I already tried uninstall razer synapse and everything else but it looks like a software problem. Please guys do you have any solution for it? My first razer keyboard and Im experiencing it…. “From gamer to gamer”

Let me assist you with your keyboard. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also provide a photo of your receipt/invoice and a short video clip demonstrating the issue so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
