Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz key input not working

I am experiencing a strange issue with my Razer Huntsman V3 HE  (65%). Out of nowhere, the keyboard completely stops responding to any key presses, and no inputs are sent to my PC. However, the RGB backlighting is still fully turned on and working.

Here is what I have tried so far:

• Reconnected the USB cable directly to a USB port (bypassing hubs).

• Restarted Razer Synapse and checked for software conflicts.

• Performed a hard reset.

Unfortunately, the issue still happens randomly.
