I purchased a Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz keyboard and have completed the setup. Although it is connected via a wired USB connection, the keyboard occasionally becomes unresponsive during use.
This issue started occurring after I updated the keyboard firmware.
When this happens, the RGB lighting remains on, but none of the keys work. If I unplug the USB cable and reconnect it, the keyboard starts working normally again. However, the same issue keeps occurring repeatedly.
Could you please help me identify the cause of this problem and provide any possible solutions or troubleshooting steps? Also, please let me know whether this may be related to the recent firmware update, a hardware defect, or a software-related issue.
