As same as other users, 

I am experiencing the firmware issue with my Razer Huntsman V3 HE (65%).

The keyboard stops responding randomly. No key presses register, and absolutely no inputs are sent to my PC. However, the RGB backlighting remains lighted, so it is still receiving power with no input.

Here is what I have already tried to troubleshoot the problem, but unfortunately, none of them realy resolved it:

1. Reconnected the USB cable directly to the USB ports(It would fix it for a few moments)
2. Reinstalled Razer Synapse 4/Not having it installed
3. Performed a hardware factory reset on the keyboard.
