RAZER HUNTSMAN V3 HE TKL GHOST KEYS PRESS

Hi,

 

As many users already reported, I have an issue with my new keyboard Huntsman V3 HE TLK.

 

Some keys are being triggered unexpectly, while not pressed. Even when not using the keyboard at all.

I noted the “ESC” and “F5” keys are mainly affected like some people reported.

 

The issue seems to disappear when Synapse is closed.

I already tried to reinstall Synapes several times, and I did use the driver cleanup utility as well.

Switched to different USB ports.

 

Can you please help and this fix issue ? (New firmware fix ?)

I understand that you’re currently experiencing key input issues with your keyboard. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for applicable fix to address the issue?
