Razer Huntsman V3 PRO TKL (not 8khz) incorrect press %

Hey all,
I am having the following problem on all keys.
When I press the key halfway (like 2mm) - it’s registered as if it’s fully pressed down (the max 4mm), basically making the rest of the move a dead move, rapid trigger does not work properly because of it.
I tried everything, reinstalling Synapse (I know how to properly clear all logs and everything), tried different device, tried a device without Synapse. It’s always like that.
Even the keyboard’s onboard LEDs also show the same behavior, anyone found a fix, please help me...
