Razer keyboard issue

Hi! I have a razer black widow elite but for some reason, sometimes when I tap once it'll register two key presses. I've been having this problem in mostly rhythm games and this is a big issue for me. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me. Thanks!

    Does the issue happen even if the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed? Try connecting the keyboard to another USB port or computer. Also, please reset the keyboard through the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings and see how it goes. I’ll be locking this thread now.
