Razer keyboard RGB problem

Hi, I have a razer huntsman elite and a hyperspeed v3 mini wireless. Both Keyboards have a problem with the rgb leds. The keyboards randomly turn off the rgb and turn it on again. It takes one second to turn on again. I reinstalled the razer software and deleted all the files from the razer software. I tryed it with the 2.4ghz connection and with the usb cable. i turned off all the energysave settings. Sadly nothing helped and i am going crazy. I even made a new account and profile. Does someone has a Idea what i can still try. The problem is totaly random, sometime it happenes twice in one minute, sometimes once in 5 hours.

    Please gather your Synapse logs first. Once done, run this disk clean-up tool to remove all Razer files from your computer, then restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM
