Razer may be working on letting you save chroma profiles to onboard memory?!

Hi everyone Recently I purchased a new Naga X after my trusty naga hex finally died on me. I was very disappointed to find the only settings you can save to the mice are key bindings/macros and dpi performance, the forum posts I came across made me realize I am not the only one who is unhappy with this. I decided to submit a support ticket and inquire about why this feature was missing, and I got the expected baked reply with sections of my message copied and pasted into the reply, however, the support agent did mention something exciting! They stated the following: "Our engineering team is already aware of the issue and currently working to add the feature. We will surely be delighted to send you an email once we have it available." I understand this is no guarantee and that some of you may have already received this answer from their support team, but I could find no posts about it anywhere online (admittedly I don't know how to use this site very well lol) so, hopefully, this is our answer! Maybe this gave some of you some peace of mind, I'm definitely a lot happier with my purchase having that knowledge.
