RAZER ORNATA CHROMA does not work.

RAZER ORNATA CHROMA

 

I bought it. RAZER ORNATA CHRO

However, this keyboard only has numbers. It doesn't write down when you press the keyboard.

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also follow the steps below:

 

  1. Unplug the keyboard.

  2. Press and hold "Escape" and "Caps Lock" keys.

  3. Plug the keyboard into a USB port.

  4. Release all keys.

If that didn’t work, then drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
