You can also follow the steps below:Unplug the keyboard.Press and hold "Escape" and "Caps Lock" keys.Plug the keyboard into a USB port.Release all keys.If that didn’t work, then drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.*Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
