Razer Ornata not compatible with Synapse anymore?

As the title says, my original Razer Ornata, non-RGB, does not show up on either Synapse 2, or Synapse 3. I've updated the software, and still nothing is showing up. Does anyone know what the issue may be?

    It uses Synapse 2.0. If it's not detected - replug it to different USB port ... if it doesn't work - uninstall Synapse software from your PC, go to windows device manager and remove Ornata keyboard from listed devices (also with drivers). Use a CCleaner to cleanup your PC with registry and reboot PC. After reboot install Synapse 2.0 again.
