Razer Ornata v2 keys are not working

Hello, i have a problem with my ornata v2 keyboard. Its not working , aside from ESC and a couple F9, F10 , F12 and maybe some other ones .The other keys on the other hand are not responsive , i tried everything , uninstalling  the software , the drivers , resetting it, i tried it on another pc etc. troubleshooting it. The lightning works as its supposed to. Its weird i dont understand what could be the problem, is there a way to restart it anew maybe
