Razer Ornata V2 ripple and reactive function not working on razer synapse

No one can answer this question????
I've been getting this exact problem for the last two weeks or so on my Ornata Chroma and Naga Trinity. The only solution I've found is to completely uninstall and reinstall Synapse, but the problem is only fixed for a couple of days until I need to re-do the process. Give a reinstall a shot, maybe it'll stick.
