Razer Ornata V2 slowing my computer

I've run into a very strange issue with the Razer Ornata V2 where it literally takes 5 minutes to login into a user account on windows 10. This is how it happens - computer must have multiple accounts 1. I boot up windows 10 2. Log into user A 3. Without logging out of user A switch to account user B 4. Welcome screen take about 20 seconds to open desktop and then It will take over 5 minutes for you to be able to open the start menu. My computer details - AMD Ryzen 7 Processor MSI X570 Motherboard Windows 10 128GB Mem (3) M.2 hard drives in Raid 0 (2) SSD in Raid 0 So the solution was to sideline the Razer Ornata V2 until further notice

    I suggest checking task manager and making sure that's what's taking up Your CPU. if it is, then i suggest using CCleaner on synapse and then reinstalling! hope this helped!

    It's the messy Software called Synapse, that slows down your computer. Use the keyboard wirhout this disatrous fake of a driver, or use another brand keyboard with well designed drivers.
