Razer Ornata V2 w key is getting stuck

Hello all,

 

The issue is with the W key, on the Ornata V2. it’s getting stuck while pressing. i need to press it again, maybe a bit harder, to make it work.

 

Any ideas? or the product cannot be fixed?

Thanks for letting us know about this. You can try cleaning your keyboard by watching this video clip. If the issue persists, then drop me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the warranty status.
