I just bought an Razer Ornata V3 and I have a big Problem.
If i hold down the W and A (or W and D) keys simultaneously and click E - the E-Click will not be recognized?
Is that normal or do I miss something?

Support told me V3 does not have Key Rollover, i RMA it Thread can be closed.

It's a firmware problem, I'm still waiting on Razer to roll out an update to fix the ghosting and the NKRO not being at 6 but stuck at 3, depending what time frame in production, earlier ones have ghosting and newer batches have NKRO at 3 keys (W+Q+E will activate C key while I'm not even pressing C physically) I'm on my 3rd ornata v3 sadly,

How are you sure it's a firmware problem? and I loved the keyboard, but the NKRO ruined it for me, do you think they will fix the problem in the future?
I had just accepted that the keyboard would only have 3 NKRO since their website doesn't claim it has NKRO.
Any updates on this? :(

At my Ornata V3 when holding W+any other key, q doesn't work and the other way around when pressing Q+ any other key W doesn't work. I did some truobleshooting with the support and eventually got a new one which warrived today. Still the same issue - i hope they find a solution soon

same issue space + w = cannot click q or t,
space + t disables alot of other keys
r + t = 4, 5, f4, f5, f, g ...etc
I hope there is a fix for this soon, especially the q issue is very annoying in games when I'm trying to use skill q while running and jumping

I just got a replacement and its working fine. So it seems some of the ornata v3 are faulty, try asking for a replacement if you have the same issues with me.

Bought the keyboard literally a couple of days ago. Noticed the problem and tested key registering. At the moment found a couple of non-working combinations:
A+W+E, D+W+Q, W+E+D, Q+W+any key in the top row, A+D+any key in the middle row(except S). Yeah, the keyboard really registers up to 6 simultaneous pressed key, but those keys must be really different from each other.
I would be really grateful for a solution, ‘cause i’s kinda really annoying in games to stop strafing for pressing Q or E.
This keyboard is absolutly “TRASH” antighosting on 3 key… Good job razer you did worst and worst every year…
Even my Asus PS2 keyboard work better than you piece of plastic…
i will never buy another razer product...
