Hello, recently i got a problem that when I try to change the Volume of my pc (portable PC), with the keyboard or the pc itself, no matter, the led of the mute button on the Razer keyboard turns on, even if the sound is'nt on 0, to turn it off I have to press the mute button twice.
How can I fix this issue ?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer Ornata V3 and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
