Razer Ornata V3 X Keyboard spamming "|" (not i, it's \ but with shift) after win+L ( logout )

so i recently have been gifted this keyboard ( Razer Ornata V3 X) and since i have it with the razer synapse app open, when i logout of my windows user and log in (win+L) it keeps spamming the key shift+\ resulting in the character “|” being spammed and when i press that key it stops. i tried every option with reisntalling razer synapse, using other usb port from hub to direct usb port and so on and still doesn’t stop, when i do log out without synapse it doesn’t do that. no macro’s or keybind’s on, everything from factory.tried using synapse as a guest and it is still spamming that key. Tried with AI but still doesn’t help me.i wanted to ask the community before reaching to customer support.

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Also, is it possible for you to try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way. Looking forward to your response!
