I have one of the new Razer Pro Type and Pro Click keyboard and mouse combo. The problem I have is the Synapse settings do not allow you to disable sleep entirely. Just set it to a max of 15 minutes. I can't tell you how annoying it is to start typing and have the first key press not register because it is waking up the keyboard. Please fix this.

    Agreed. This needs to be fixed to allow complete disable of sleep. This small change will make a world of difference in usability of this keyboard.

    Yes! Please fix this! I tried to contact support about this and they gave me answers for sleep mode in Windows... and then they stopped answering. HORRIBLE customer service.
