I have a problem on my keyboard. Shift is stuck, or it is moving up very slowly. Is there a way to change the switch under the keyboard with another key?

+1Yes, but it requires soldering.
I’d try to pull off the keycap, and try to clean it (you can pour 2 drops of 100% IPA into the key and press it few times).
