From broken firmware v1.02.0 updated to v1.03.0. It does solves the manually disconnect-connect on the USB cable to mitigate the keys freezing issue BUT The freezing persist for like 1-3 seconds before went back to normal for only around minutes after that then it keeps on repeating couple of times during mid-game. This does indeed dangling the quality of life though. We need a major fix on for this Huntsman V3 HE line ASAP.

I understand that you continue to experience the freezing issue with your keyboard despite updating to firmware v1.03.0_r1. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team so they can check on it?
