I have the same issue. I suppose I’ll go back to Synapse 3 for the time being.
I’ve found out that it is the Rapid Trigger setting that has been the culprit of this wierd behavior.
As soon as I enable Rapid Trigger, this exact behavior that you describe is present in the new Synapse and with system reboots. If I disable the Rapid Trigger, I can use my keyboard on start-up and it does not require any fiddling with disconnection it from USB or factory reset settings.
Hello.
I’ve got the same issue, I use rapid trigger, and everytime a start up my PC i need to be quick on logging in to windows and then I have open automatic for synapse beta so that I can “reset” my settings and keybinds and then after that apply rapid trigger again and then it works perfect…. until I reboot PC again hehe.
And this issue started when I started to use rapid trigger since that is what I need and like for FPS gaming.
Other from that I love my products from Razer but this needs to be fixed since this make me think of Razer as a low-tier product with a high cost.

Hello,
i have the same issue. 2 weeks ago i have contacted Razer Support.
But now today after 12 days and a mass of emails written, they say thats it is third party software, the corrupt OS or device configuration.
First they missunderstood my problem and do not understand that the cause is Synapse 4 because with Synapse 3 there aren´t any problems.
Today they closed my ticket in regarding to above ment problems^^
So now i have to buy a new keyboard if i want use Synapse 4 ???
