Razer synapse is not detecting my keyboard | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

Hi! I’ve came across an issue recently that razer synapse doesn’t detect my keyboard. I have tried everything but it doesn’t work like: uninstalling razer synapse and reinstalling, restarting pc, deleting my drivers and installing them again, uninstalling riot vanguard and Valorant. My keyboard is Razer Huntsman Mini .
Is there any other method i can try?

I have the same issue…..

Tried clean reinstall?

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

You can also try to repair .net framework installation - maybe there is a problem.

I am unfortunately also experiencing the same issue with my Huntsman V3 Pro TKL.

I have tried many and I believe all suggested and supposed solutions to this issue.

From full clean installs, with and without Driver Cleanup Tool, and even the Device Detection Troubleshooting Tool itself. I have ensured the correct supporting version of Synapse, that all device firmware are the latest, and that windows is up to date. I have also tried with completely removing all traces of Riot Vanguard and Valorant itself.

I have even tried running the Deployment Image Servicing and Management and System File Checker Tools, resetting the Winsock Catalog, upgrading the .NET Framework with Visual Studio Express, and even reinstalling the Visual C++ versions.

Any other suggestions?
