Razer Synapse makes escape key bot working

Hey, I just got a razer huntsman mini today and somehow when I open the razer snyapse app the escape key is not working anymore. I have tried everything(factory reset, reinstalling the app,...) and nothing worked. After closing the apps trough the task manager the escape key is working again. Thanks in advance for helping

Now the escape key is not working anymore. Doesn't matter if app is opened or closed
