Razer Tartarus not working...with Audio Visualizer 3.06

My Tartarus's rgb effect is not working when I turn on Audio Visualizer 3.06, it happened with both Tartarus v2 and Tartarus pro. The other Razer product is working just fine...looking for some solution...
