Hi,
Have tried everything i could find on this issue including the help from the other post on this forum but to no avail.
Story goes like this, got the keyboard from my GF (it was working fine), wanted to update it to the newest firmware (which shows 1.03.03 for RZ03-01700100-R3M1 model). Halfway through firmware update, keyboard gets update fail and continues to be stuck in what i presume to be bootleg mode as windows recognises the keyboard only as Razor Bootloader.
Tried the following,
- FN key reset
- Esc/Caps/Space reset
- uninstalling all razor apps and restarting computer
- using firmware update v1.08
- trying to get synapse 2.0 to recognise keyboard but cannot be detected by synapse
- plugging into different ports
- plugging into different computer
All above has not helped. T_T please advise
