Razr synapse 2 stuck on "verifying your account"

Hello, last time i encountered that issue i created a new account which let me start the software, good enough for me, i recreated my macros, job done .
This time, no luck with the same method, i do not care about anything online, all i would like is to be able to access the configuration page for my tartarus, why it needs to be connected to the internet for that is something i just cannot grasp, anyway …i already uninstalled and reinstalled, opened my firewall (never needed to do that), all those operations didn’t help.
All of this is happening on an Intel mac running Ventura 13.7.8

apparently they discontinued on octobe 2025 .
i tried all solutions but now the mouse is dead weight


need to go to Logitechg, they still have support there. I was thinking of getting a Razer mouse, but I'll get something else.

Sad that they do treat their customers this way. I am proud owner of 4 Ouroboros Hybride mouses. They work just perfect for me. Now they cannot even use sidebuttons anymore… Ambidextrous my bottoms, Big brands are becoming as careless as the chinese of taiwan type of stuff.. But for a fraction of price. Hope they will offer workaround for their older products. I have no need in recording games or god knows what they came up with. Just support your hardware, like forever! Be proud that your mouse or other periphal will still function after many years.  Greetings to all Razer fans, keep fighting for your rights!
