remap shift functions?

Hello In synapse it is possible to remap the functions on the keyboard. However I cannot find how to remap a new function to the shift + key function of a button. for example: I can remap the > (that sits on the shift +. function) to become the button function. but how do I get the . above the >, on the shift + > function?
