Hello,
I am based in Portugal and I own a Razer Ornata V3 keyboard. My wife also owns the same model. As you can see in the attached photos (up one is mine, the down one it’s her), both keyboards show the same issue: several keycaps are badly worn out and almost unreadable.
I understand that the Ornata V3 uses proprietary mecha-membrane keycaps, and I would like to know:

If it is possible to order official replacement keycaps directly from Razer or through an authorized distributor in Europe.

If not, what solution Razer can offer for this situation, considering that we have two units affected by the same problem.
Could you please advise us on how to proceed?
