rz07-0227 thumb joystick not working

Not very happy. Paid a lot of money for this gamepad and now I'm having issues with the thumbstick. I cant go left anymore and sometimes going forward doesn't work. I've tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it and still nothing. I've had this less than a year and not impressed at all
