Snap tap/ On board memory

Anyone else having trouble activating snap tap mode while using on board memory? i dont like to have synapse open in background so i use on board memory but i am unable to use snap tap mode without synapse being open.

    As with so many of these gaming brands there are multiple limitations to on-board memory that they don’t disclose anywhere. It pretty much amounts to false advertising.
