Hi yall, ive had my ornata v2 keyboard for nearly 4 years now and ive stopped using it after 2 years. Some of the keys are not reacting / working, such as the backspace, n key, c key and the entire bottom row. Can anyone let me know if there is a fix to my issue? Thanks a lot for any help in advance! :)

Were there any incidents that happened to your Razer Ornata V2 before the issue? Is there any noticeable dust or dirt on your keyboard? Does the behavior happen while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Please perform the troubleshooting steps from this article to resolve the problem.
