Hi! I have a Razer Huntsman Mini and it is giving me problems with the keys. The keyboard does not take some keys that change randomly every time I restart the computer. I also tried on other computers and it gives the same problem so it is not a computer problem but a keyboard problem. I also tried to do the combination to restore the keyboard to factory settings (Esc + CapsLock + Space Bar) but it still does not work despite the reset being done. How can I solve this problem I am sorry to change the keyboard since it is one that I paid quite a lot of money for

Have you tried cleaning the keyboard with a can of compressed air while holding it upside down to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? If the issue persists, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the key input issue you're currently experiencing.
