I have a Blackwindow-v3pro keyboard, model number is RZ03-0353，Since upgrading to the latest firmware（device version 3.02.01）,I have found that when I usd the wireless mode, including hyperspeed-2.4g link or bluetooth link, if i need charge my keyboard with cable（for charging only，no connect to PC,the wireless mode automatically fail.However the original firmware （device version maybe start with 2？）does not have this issue，i could usd my keyboard with wireless mode while charging.
After the equipment ages, it occasionally needs to work while charging. How can I solve this problem
