I only been using Razer stuff for just under a year. I have BW Elite, Razer Basilisk v,2 (I had the Basilisk HyperSpeed but it kept crashing the BT and USB ports.), and Tartarus Pro. The first two devices can storage profiles but the Tartarus Pro can't. At the time it wasn't an issue but Star Trek Online keeps crashing and sometimes the system also crashes. The game supports stated that the razer synapse may be what is causing this. Since I can't save profiles to the Tartarus Pro I have no realistic way to test this.



This is a known issue and is there a fix for it?

Gigabyte B450 AORUS PRO WIFI

HDD GUID

TPM disable. I disable it with the hope it would stop the crashes.
