Synapse Keeps creating profiles

Hi, I have a Razer Blackwidow Elite keyboard and Razer Synapse has this annoy issue of creating new profiles when I wake my PC from sleep and sometimes when starting up, instead of using the onboard profile which is my default profile. Anyone know of a solution for this issue? TIA malley

    Please save your export your profile in your computer, then gather your Synapse 3.0 logs by following the steps from this link. Once done, perform a clean Razer Synapse clean installation.
