Tartarus Pro Rebinding not working, any fixes?

Basically I use 2 Tartarus Pros in my setup on 2 different computers but both of them are unable to be rebound to anything after the initial first binding (for example, change lighting) until I create a whole new profile. This is extremely annoying and I have done everything from resetting it, running the driver cleaner and reinstalling synapse but the issue persists.
