TARTARUS V2 AND ORNATA V2 SCROLL ISSUES

I have been using this two products for some time now. Actually i already changed one Tartarus and bought another one. At the beginning they worked fine. But after a few months scroll wheel on both of them (not at the same time) started with problems. When want to change the volume on the keyboard, if i want it to go up, it jitters and at one moment it is going down, while i am scrolling up, and at other moment it goes where it should. It is like this: If the current volume is 50% and i want it to go higher, i scroll up and it starts jittering first to 42%, then to 56%, then to 38%, 48%, 60%, 54%,46%, 58%… and i have to scroll up until it finally is on the number i desire. The sam is when i want to zoom something in photoshop or some other program with Tartarus. Images are going smaller when i want to be more zoomed in. And at some point it starts to go in the right direction. I find somewhere that this is a general problem with Razer scrolls on most of the products and it is some kind of filth or some kind of a smearing on scroll wheels that is preventing them to work properly. I wanted to buy a mouse but then i postpone because i dont want a mouse on which i will encounter this problem as well. How can we fix this issue and will Razer address this issue to be non existent in the future versions because there are much cheaper brands that dont have this kind of problems?
