Tartarus V2 and Pro keymaps constantly lagging/breaking

I will preface this post by listing everything I have done to troubleshoot this issue, including buying a brand new Pro AND THEN having that pro replaced with another pro after contacting customer service:

Previous tartarus v2, then new Pro AND NOW replacement Pro have experienced unplayable lag when keymap swapping for several months now, starting any time a game is launched. Issue requires unplugging and reinserting the device every time after starting a game for it to return to a properly functioning state. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Issues are actually worse with the pros, if that’s believable! The pros sometime outright wipe my current keymap after games start.

I have attempted (in rough order)
-Bought a new device
-Different usb ports.
-Deleting profiles and creating new profiles.
-Disabling its recognition as a 360 controller so steam no longer recognizes it as such (with a computer restart after disabling it)
-Disabling various parts and combinations of its drivers and restarting the computer after EVERY attempt.
-Tried completely uninstalling all of its drivers, with a computer restart.
-Uninstalling and reinstalling synapse twice with computer restarts after each. (at different times during my personal troubleshooting)
-Contacting customer support, sending my brand new, less than a week old pro in, waiting almost 2 weeks for a replacement and… what would you know, same problem!

I KNEW. I ABSOLUTLYE KNEW it wasn’t the device and was the software that was the problem. I’m tired of this shit. This only started sometime earlier this year and it’s made using my tartarus extremely frustrating. I knew I shouldn’t have trusted a new device to work, and I knew I should have taken my chances with something like from azeron and gotten my money back so long as my old v2 still functions.

I’m posting this here for furture reference to others that might be searching for help about this issue - You’re not alone! I will definitley have to see about getting my money back. I’m done with razer until they fix their shit… which will probably be never. All I needed was for things to continue fuctioning by swapping between two keymaps, and that’s became a constant nusiance and thorn in my side, reminding me daily, even numerous times a day that things are not functioning properly.

Same here, no fix from Razer...

Yup, i get the feeling they don’t give a chuff. Far more interested in shoving advertising at us via their synapse platform than actually fixing their buggy software.

I have had the same issue since I took it out of the box. I have tried most of the things you posted and various other ones from other troubleshooting posts.

I used Razer many years ago and stopped because their Synapse software was not very good. I wanted to try this product to help with some wrists problems and what a shock, it doesn’t even work most of the time.

Razer has failed and I am going to do a scathing review this week about their lack of quality and advise people to not buy their products when they won’t support or acknowledge issues and work on a fix. I have seen no communication from Razer acknowledging this problem despite the numerous posts supporting the fact that there is an issue.

I am using the Naga Hyperspeed V2 PRO, bought it in Brazil, which has the worst conversion rates in the world, probably paid around 400$ for it, and it has the EXACT SAME ISSUE as you have.

I have a high-end PC, all you can ask for, so it is not my like I need to buy a better PC or free up some RAM so it work better. There is absolutely no lag in mouse clicks, in mouse movement. The problem lies 100% in key remaps in all of the devices. If you remapped something, it will get stuck, it will get crazy input lag, it will not work, and there is absolutely nothing to co-relate.

Its not PC usage. Its not 2.4ghz or bluetooth interference. It is pure software bulsh!t. Even the delays between actions in macros are not working correctly, and sometimes, it is simply not possible to use any of them, as they get stuck forever and you are forced to shutdown your whole computer because, for some reason, it does not stop, ever.

Different from you, I cracked the mouse open, cleaned it up entirely, retested button per button, and they are brand-new perfect.

This is a software issue they will not come forward with, and they don’t even give us the option to save the remaps on the device. Even the ones that don’t need synapse, like simple remaps.
