Tartatrus pro palm rest finish peeling

So I have had 2 razer keypads and both have had this issue. Both palm rests appear to have the finish peeling off. My tartarus will be a year old in December and while it is used frequently, less than a year and this finish is peeling off already? With the price tag of the tartarus pro I kind of expected a little more quality. There isn't much Razer will do, as I received it as a gift there is no receipt to show proof of purchase, does anything have a good fix for this? Mechanically, it works great, no issues whatsoever.

Well unfortunatelly I have the same issue with my Blackwidow rest. Would be great if someone had a solution to this.

If you use Razer, you get Razer quality, in any way. Think about it.

I want you to think real hard if this was useful in the slightest and also think why you registered on Razer forums to complain about their products....

I had/have a razer nostromo that did the EXACT same thing, was much easier to fix as you could get the finish off with a little elbow grease. The Tartarus Pro has a pad on the bottom. I guess it's worth exploring to see if removing it and reapplying it is an option. Your blackwidow wrist rest maybe able to have the same treatment.
