Good evening. Like many others posting to this forum, I have problems with my Tarturus 2. I had a Tarturus 1 running Synapse 2 which generally worked well with Win 10. I upgraded a couple of years ago to a Tarturus 2 and Synapse 4; it worked fairly well, requiring periodic unplugging and plugging back in the device to make it work. Then I got a new PC running Win 11 64. Again, the Tarturus 2 seemed to work just fine until it stopped functioning properly this summer. Suddenly it started transposing keys; the actions programmed in to the first row of buttons shifted to the second row. No matter what I do (reinstall software, try to reset the device, create a new profile) it runs the same values for the buttons: first row-profiled rmw space-bar Lshift, result: 12345, second row-qsdfc, result-tab qwer.
I plugged the device directly into the PC (without a hub), same result.
Can someone please tell me how to reset this damn thing, or give any recommendations for moving forward?
