teclado cynosa lite

hello good, I hope you can help me ... I acquired this keyboard but I can't make the macros work, when I show my profile it keeps spinning and nothing appears and I can't configure its keys (photo attached) ... This is how it comes out and I can't perform any action, it is very helpful, since I use macros a lot. Beforehand thank you very much.
