The visualizer function fails to start.

I recently purchased a BlackWidow V4 X keyboard. I downloaded Chroma, but the visualizer function isn't working; it automatically turns off shortly after I enable it. Is it possible that this specific keyboard model doesn't support this feature? Or could there be a corrupted file from the download? I tried repairing the Chroma app, but the issue persists—I still can't get the visualizer to work.
