Top row keys and Tilde keys do not work on my Ornata V2

I’d try also on another PC if possible.

Try to bend the cable (near USB port and near keyboard) - maybe there’s some damage causing this?

I’ve been facing the same issue. Happened completely out of the blue. One day it was fine and the next day most of my top row (Esc + Function keys) and the Tilde key stopped working. I tried multiple different fixes but nothing worked. When I opened the Keyboard, I saw that all these keys were had a common connection on the circuit and while all they other connections were a light silver color, this one was a darker color. I guess something in that specific connection went wrong.

I tried cleaning up the circuit but it’s still not working.
