I recently acquired the Black Widow V3 Pro and have been using it with the 2.4 USB dongle. Whenever I plug it in for charging, the backlight and caps/numlock indicators turn off. At the same time, I hear the sound of a USB device connecting to Windows. Although the light turns back on again, the indicators do not. Additionally, the keyboard disappears from the Synapse 3 device screen, and no input is possible during this time, except for the volume wheel on the right top corner of the keyboard, which remains functional.
When I unplug the keyboard, I hear the Windows USB disconnect sound, and everything returns to normal. The keyboard also appears in Synapse again. I attempted to use the 2.4 dongle from my Naga with Hypershift, but encountered the same issue. Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this?
