Just a question please, just bought one razer blade 15 base 2019 and the keyboard doesn’t work, (kmu.,.) just this keys work.

Did you have the same issue? is this a driver problem or what should i do?

Reinstalled windows and everything else, didn’t help.

How much is a replacement?

Yes, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and figuring out the software issues is a solid first step, I'm sure you can many through blogs when you see search online.

Hardware things like dust, sometimes it can simply be changing a key that solve the issue. 

For my keyboard, some keys stopped working and nothing helped, I had to remap my keys on the razer synapse software. Finally, I sent it for repair as my keyboard was ghosttyping. It cost around 250€ , including the diagnostic change (99€) labour and parts. Hahaha, I know, It is quite costly. There are YouTube tutorials online from IFixIt, if you are confident enough you can follow them.

Additionally, this is one software issue that you cant find easily online, but if you use a usb mouse with your laptop (mines a Logitech one), it is added as an additional driver in your keyboards section and can be one of the cause of ghosttyping. After my replacement I was surprised that it started ghosttyping after a week, but after removing my usb mouse, it stopped ghosttyping.

I need help with my Razer blade 2019, stuck on boot screen, keys don’t work (f12/f19/f1 and del).

i have tried to replace the ssd and the ram, didn’t help, i have reinstalled windows on the original ssd in a different laptop, still doesn’t work.

All of this happened after i downloaded official razer image from their page.

What should i do?
